You know those cleaning shows where people dramatically transform a space in one day and everyone stands around admiring the results afterward?
That’s the energy we’re going for. We’re looking for volunteers to join us for a full deep clean of the rescue. With over 200 cats and kittens in our care, things can go from “organized rescue” to “kitten tornado aftermath” pretty quickly.
We need helping hands for things like:
• Scrubbing walls and baseboards
• Deep cleaning kennels and cat rooms
• Organizing supplies
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
• Tackling all the little projects that make a HUGE difference
This is one of those projects that may not sound glamorous… but it directly impacts the health, comfort, and happiness of the cats in our care. A clean rescue helps keep everyone healthier during busy kitten season. No special skills needed. Just wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, bring your favorite cleaning gloves if you have them, and come ready to work hard, laugh a little, and help make the rescue sparkle again. Many hands make light work, and we promise the cats will supervise your efforts very closely.
