Library customers have a variety of needs, as the demographics of the county are very diverse, and the Library provides services to Vigo County residents at all stages of life and development. The Library serves as a community convener for organizations and groups to generate discourse and ideas for improving and increasing sustainability in the community. The Library is a cornerstone for family, cultural, and civic life and creates an environment for exploration, innovation, and creativity.
