Your non-perishable food items will allow the Terre Haute Area Meals on Wheels program to provide their meal recipients with a “Blessing Box” of food they can use during times of harsh weather or delayed food delivery this winter.
The boxes/baskets will be delivered at the beginning of 2019.
Every donation is greatly appreciated.
Suggested Items:
canned items (pull-top cans preferred):
• vegetables, fruit, soup, stews, canned meat, pasta, beans
snack crackers or individual snacks
peanut butter
granola & fruit bars
shelf stable milk
cereal & instant oat meal
Special Note: Low sodium and low sugar items are preferred if available. Items with little to no preparation. Examples are canned pasta, individual snack foods.
