CASY is revamping their school aged program area and adding a Teen Room! Volunteers will help by cleaning, placing and mounting TVs, building cubbies and storage units.
The set up of the room will require volunteers who can clean, put items together and/or mount TVs. If volunteers could bring their own drills to help install TV mounts it would be beneficial.
How will this project impact CASY?
The Teen Room will create a safe place for our older kids to hang out, have fun and avoid risky environments outside of school or at home. The Teen Room will be an area where kids can utilize computers, TVs and gaming systems and be a supervised area for young teens to hang-out.
