Come help improve the trails at Hawthorn Park! To make the trails more accessible and pleasing to the public, volunteers will help clean up the trail system by smoothing out rough patches of trail and cutting back overgrowth. Volunteers are encouraged to bring loppers/shears, shovels, picks, hand saws, and any other small tools that are helpful in clearing and building trails. Volunteers will meet at the shop across the road from the main entrance of the park.
