Ryves Up! Afterschool Gardening Program
Ryves Up! is a garden-based afterschool program for students at Franklin Elementary School. Our goal is to help elementary students in an impoverished area learn about science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) and help empower the families in the neighborhood by growing our own food. We are sponsored by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and supported by grants from Wabash Valley Community Foundation, Vectren Foundation, Old National Bank Foundation, Annie's Grants for Gardens, and the Whole Kids Foundation.
We grow kids who grow food!
