Christmas Fun at the Woods is Saturday, December 9th from 1:30 - 4:30 PM at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana. The Volunteer Sign Up Genius is now live! There are over 50 open volunteer slots.
To sign-up:
- Browse the available stations and times using the link below. Read the descriptions before signing up. Some stations are outside. Select "Sign Up" for the shift(s) you would like. Click "Save and Continue." You will then be prompted to answer a few questions, then click "Sign up now." Sign Up Genius will email you a confirmation with your shift information.
- Anyone who is 13-17 years old needs to get a parent/guardian signed waiver to me before the event. When signing up, indicate if you are 13-17 years old on the last Sign Up Genius question.
- Groups are welcome to sign-up. If someone signs up multiple people, please ensure to forward all volunteers' email addresses to me so they get my communications.
Other things to note:
- There are ads on Sign Up Genius - just ignore them. If something pops up about getting a coupon or free meals, it is from a third party not from the Sisters of Providence.
- If you are gifted at face painting, please sign-up for that station.
- All volunteers will need to check-in 15 minutes before their shift starts. Check-in details will be sent closer to the event.
