Work directly as an aid to the Coordinator of the Out of School Club (for elementary-aged children) during the academic school year (August through May), Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Friday 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Responsibilities include:
- Help youth with any homework they have, improving academic skills such as reading and math
- Engage children in daily activities: outside free time, gym activities, etc., as directed by Coordinator
- Supervise youth during program hours
- Help facilitate activities designed for experiential learning
- May aid in preparing and/or arranging meals and snacks
- Ensure that youth depart with authorized parents/guardians at the end of the day
