Description

More than 1,500 Red Cross volunteers are on the ground helping those impacted by Hurricane Ian.


As a Mass Care volunteer you:
- Respond to local and national disaster responses
- Assist with shelter-related needs (food distribution, cot set up, etc.)
- Connect people to recovery resources
- Comfort disaster survivors

Mass Care volunteer expectations:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Complete required online training
- Respond locally to large scale disasters
*National deployment eligibility is based on required trainings completed and availability for at least 2 weeks (14 consecutive days)
